A few words about TRAFO-ENERGY
About Us
TRAFO-ENERGY is a brand built on 40 years of experience in the transformer industry. We supply low- and medium-voltage equipment that meets IEC and PN-EN standards. Our solutions combine solid workmanship, availability and a technical approach to every order.
We are not a marketplace or intermediary – we are an engineering company that selects, tests and stores the equipment ourselves. That’s why, instead of long lead times, we offer real availability, short delivery times and the certainty that you deal immediately with someone who understands your project from a technical perspective. From photovoltaic farms, through heavy industry, to container substations – we deliver specific, proven equipment with full documentation and support at every stage of the investment.
TRAFO-ENERGY is also
TRAFO-ENERGY is a partner that genuinely minimizes project risk. We provide availability of equipment from stock, fast and accurate quotations and engineering support already at the planning stage. As a result, clients receive not only hardware but also concrete guidance that helps select parameters and avoid design mistakes.
Our approach shortens implementation time, reduces the number of downtimes and increases the predictability of the entire investment. We deliver ready-to-operate equipment with full documentation, which enhances technical safety and speeds up commissioning.

Our range – oil-filled and cast resin transformers
A proven solution for industry, energy and outdoor installations — efficient cooling and long service life.
Oil-filled transformers
Reliability in harsh conditions
Oil-filled transformers are a dependable solution for industry and power systems — they provide effective cooling, stable operation and long service life even in harsh conditions. Built in robust steel tanks, optionally equipped with a side filler/drain plug and instrument transformers, they are available both as standard models and in configurations prepared for bespoke projects.
They are used, among others, in light and heavy industry, power plants, switchgear, manufacturing facilities and LV and MV distribution networks.

Resin (dry-type) transformers
Safety and maintenance-free operation in enclosed facilities
Resin transformers are an ideal solution for buildings, halls, enclosed facilities and locations where reducing the risk of fire and leaks is required. Using epoxy resin as insulation allows oil-free operation — maintenance-free and safe.
Resin transformers are available with insulation class F/H, with AN or AF cooling, and in enclosures IP00, IP21, IP31, IP44 selected to match installation conditions. We offer both standard models and individually prepared configurations — with additional protections, instrument transformers or custom lifting lugs. This allows the equipment to be precisely adapted to project requirements and the specifics of the facility.

Overhauls, service, regeneration
Technical services
TRAFO-ENERGY offers comprehensive technical services related to the operation of transformers. We operate with safety, reliability and extending the service life of equipment in mind – both our own and those supplied by other manufacturers.
Transformer overhauls
We perform professional overhauls of MV/LV transformers – oil-filled and resin-cast, restoring their operational efficiency, correct operating parameters and the aesthetics of workmanship. We cover both mechanical and insulation components so that the unit is ready for further, safe operation.
Each overhaul is completed with a protocol, photos and a technical report.
The scope of the overhaul is determined individually and may include:
- Cleaning and refurbishment of the tank
- Replacement of insulators, lifting lugs, valves
- Recreation of documentation
- Measurements and technical tests
- Painting and anti-corrosion protection
Service and inspections
We provide comprehensive service for both our own and entrusted transformers — from routine inspections to diagnostics and on-site repairs. We carry out thermographic checks, visual inspections and regular seasonal inspections that prevent failures and extend the equipment’s service life.
We also offer rapid technical support in emergency situations.
The scope of the overhaul is determined individually and may include:
- Warranty and post-warranty service
- Thermographic and visual checks
- Seasonal inspections
- Resistance and turns-ratio measurements
- Rapid emergency support
Transformer oil regeneration
We carry out oil regeneration using vacuum methods (on-load and off-load), restoring the medium to the dielectric parameters required for operation. The process reduces contaminant and moisture content, extends the insulation’s service life and often eliminates the need for costly oil replacement.
Upon completion of the work we provide a full measurement report and operational recommendations.
We perform transformer oil regeneration by vacuum method (on-load and off-load), including:
- Solid particle filtration
- Drying
- Degassing
- Measurements of dielectric losses (tgδ) and breakdown voltage
