Regeneration of Transformer Oil

We perform transformer oil regeneration using a vacuum method (on-load and off-load).
The process removes moisture, gases, and contaminants, restoring the oil’s insulating properties and extending the service life of the entire unit.
We handle:
- Solid particle filtration
- Drying
- Degassing
- Dielectric loss angle (tgδ) and breakdown voltage measurements

Before each service, we analyze the transformer’s operational history, type of load, and the environmental conditions in which it operates. Our procedures comply with PN-EN standards and best practices in the operation of power equipment.
If the device requires temporary shutdown, we can ensure continuous power supply through the rental of a replacement transformer. We also provide transport, connection, and equipment configuration to make the power outage as short and safe as possible for the recipient’s infrastructure.
